FAQ’s and Rental Process
1. Please complete application form found next to your desired rental property.
2. A $30.00 application fee is required with completed application.
3. Please allow up to 72 hours for application to be reviewed and processed.
4. There will be a $150.00 administration fee if your application is approved and you decide to move into property. Fee is not refundable.
5. Deposit and first month’s rent required prior to move in date.
6. Pet Policy
a. $100, non-refundable deposit, per pet.
b. $20 per month, per pet.
c. No pets over 20 pounds allowed.
d. Non aggressive breeds, i.e. Rottweiler, Pitbull, etc.
7. Credit, rental and criminal history will be checked during application process. Additional factors may determine application approval.
8. Renter is responsible for appearance and upkeep of property.
9. Renters required to provide and maintain renter’s insurance.
